What items will you take away?
We will haul away most items that we can lift and put in our trucks. Here is a partial list of items we will take:
Appliances & Electronics - stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, TV's, dehumidifier, microwave, stereo, computers, monitors, printers and more.
Furniture - couch, table, chair, mattress/box spring, carpeting, dresser, piano and more.
Demolition Material - lumber, roofing, fencing, concrete, drywall, sheetrock and more
Junk - boxes, books, cardboard, old tools, tires,
Miscellaneous - lawn equipment, water heaters, furnaces, car batteries, propane tanks, heavy and bulky items.
What items will you not take away?
We are not able to take any hazardous materials including chemicals, gasoline, oils, paints, solvents, asbestos or asbestos containing materials, or any types of toxic waste.
Why can't you take paint and other chemicals?
We are not legally able to carry hazardous materials in our trucks. Please call your local city recycling center for help with disposing of any hazardous materials.
Do you charge extra for any items (surcharges)?
Yes. Certain items have landfill surcharges and we must charge extra for these items. These include air conditioners, appliances, auto/truck tires, mattress & box spring, television/computer monitor, towers, car batteries, propane tanks and frozen products.
What do you do with the trash that is removed?
All items are properly disposed of at a state registered dump facility or transfer station.
Do I pay for the whole truck, even if I only have a single item to throw away?
No. You only pay for the space you actually use in our truck. Please call now and we will give you an estimate on the work.
Is Junk Monster, LLC insured and licensed?
Yes. Junk Monster is fully insured and licensed. With Junk Monster you can be assured that your home and property are fully protected and that all items are properly disposed of.
Why can't your tell me the exact price over the phone?
We will give you an estimate over the phone. However, we must actually see the volume and weight of the goods you wish to dispose of in order to give you an accurate price. You will receive a complete quote on site before we begin any work.
Can you remove junk if I am not at home or on site?
Yes, we can as long as you have prepaid for the service.
When should I book an appointment?
Contact us as soon possible as time slots fill up quickly. Once you call or check out our site, we'll let you know the availability in your area. We need to know the ZIP CODE of the pick up address.
